Week 1 : Japs Crash and Top 4 Cruise

Week one is over now and there is of course no short of drama and surprises. The biggest surprise that came tonight was Japanese side, Maibuliwa crashing to a stunning defeat, in the hands of Galaxy FC. The Spanish side was hardworking throughout the game. They were down early in the game but a inspirational team talk boosted their morale and the 2nd half was never the same. Goals from Criston Rivas and a perfectly taken free kick by Juliano Olazabal sent the Japanese fans crying home. New signing, Yannick Viguier was largely disappointing as he couldn't convert his chanes while Greek, Taralidis was shining tonight despite the defeat.

In other events, title chasers, Titanium Teabags, St Lunatics, The Pinks and Vadern Oranje FC cruised to victory, all winning by a single goal. Peter Hamilton, Love Hylander, Ferdinand Aalbu and Roni Parni made the difference in all four games. St. Lunatics suffered a casualty as they saw their centre back, Orlando Parker sent off at the closing minutes of the game.
