League News : X Champions League

After a long discussion, the League admin of the X League has finally agreed to have their very own Champions League. The event will start as early as this week. Who will be involved? It will be the top 8 teams of last season. It will be the same every season, the top 8 teams will qualify for a spot in the X Champions League. Here is a standard lay out of the knock out stages. Each team will have two meet their opposition twice as there will be two legs so both teams will get to play home and away. This means away goals will count. In the finals, there will be only one leg and will be played on neutral ground.

All the games will be simulated using Pro Evolution Soccer 2008. All 8 teams will be made with only ONE substitute available. That means a team will have a total of 12 players. Games will be played on Mondays and on Thursdays. This means the first game will kick off tomorrow. The teams involved are as follows :-

Furtorn Forest FC

The winner of the league, will win nothing, sadly BUT bragging rights I guess. For the newbie teams, work hard and fight for the top 8 spot so that you guys can join the elite next season. The results of each game will be revealed on Monday and Thursday Nights so keep yourself updated.
