BARRETTS VS BROKE BROTHAS

A great day for football with two great sides facing off. Many predicted the Broke Brothas to take this but Barretts has been very consistent in their previous matches. A draw last night between the 2 sides shows how equally matched they are.

1' Barretts kicks off.
4' Both sides are very determined and players are not hesitating on their tackles.
8' Song's volley was blocked by Kreek. It was destined for the back of the net.
12' Another volley from Song but it was too high.
13' Great free kick by Barretts but was parried away by Tyokase.
18' Header by Mbami but he will have to do more than that to beat Ronaldinho.
20' Bird's volley went well wide,
24' Broke Brothas are whipping in balls into the Barretts defense.
27' Frost with his shot from a tight angle but it was too weak.
30' GOAL! Great play by Toure. Beats the offside trap on the right side and a nice chip into the penalty box which found Eyegani on the other side. The winger tapped the ball in as he was unmarked.
34' Toure again on the breakaway but his powerful shot was blocked by Ronaldinho's legs.
38' GOAL! Toure with a simple finish after the Dutch defense failed to clear a simple ball.
40' Barretts revert to a 4-4-2 with Starlander replacing Evers.
41' Zuiderwijk with a shot but was blocked.
43' Frost with a header but well wide.
44' Toure yellow carded an early challenge on Bird.

49' Mbami with a shot but well punched away by Ronaldinho
59' Barretts now playing much better as they move the ball around more.

65' Zuiderwijk missed a golden opportunity and is clearly disappointed with himself.
70' GOAL! Finally a breakthrough, Zuiderwijk whips in a nice ball from a corner and Starlander's venomous header went past Sos and Tyokase.
73' Broke Brothas seem to be struggling to keep possession as the Dutch continue to press on.
75' Zuiderwijk's shot went wide.
85' GOAL! Touro's cross met Starlander head but he could only head it back out. Fortunately, Dave Bird chested the ball calmly and volleyed the home side back into the game. Its 2-2! Brilliant!

The action are as follows :

Good evening and welcome to this evening's match. Both sides are equally matched. On a normal day, Vadern would look to be the better side but an injury plague has struck the side recently. This gives the Spanish side a shot in the game.

3' Sukasame sends Harmer on a breakaway, but his shot was punched by Zahovic.
7' Another Galaxy attack but Zahovic again to stop.
10' Parni tried to get past Wahrenberg after skipping past 2 defenders.
12' Yepremian shot well saved.
16' Weak Mares header. Not troubling the keeper.
25' Free kick outside Vadern penalty box. Sukasame couldnt get the ball pass the wall.
28' GOAL! Great play by Galaxy FC. Sukasame's vision made the move possible. His backheel found Raposo with acres of space to fire a shot but parried away by Zahovic. Harmer scores on the follow up.
37' Galaxy holds possession.
40' Parni shoots from a tight angle, the keeper was rooted to the ground as it went narrowly wide.
43' Juanito shot well wide.

74' GOAL! Harmer found Courado unmarked. With a nicely threaded pass, Courado sends the fans into ruptures with a cooly taken finish.
