Featured Story : Lucked Out
Finally the defending champion's amazing winning run came to halt after they crashed to a 2-1 defeat in the hands of the Pinks. St. Lunatics had the majority of chances but the injury of Benny Jansen caused them the game. Dante Arregui was sent in to play as a makeshift defender and that was the turning point of the game.
Manager Cyen was disappointed that their winning run had to come to a halt with such unfortunate incident. He said, "If we were beaten in a fair game, I would have taken the defeat much better but this defeat is a hard one to swallow. Bazylowski was not fit so he was not included into the bench. Jermaine is also still out with an injury so we had no backup defenders. Other than that I am still very pleased with how my players performed tonight. Muniz had a shot and Young was always very dangerous in the Pinks penalty box. He needs to get better if he is wants a place in the team"
This loss and Furtorn's win sees the gap now narrow to just 8 points but manager Cyen is not going to panic just yet, he said, "We are still 8 points a drift from them. It was also good to hear that Maibuliwa drew their game so that gives us more breathing room. Furtorn is chasing up so we cannot afford to slack off anymore. We have Titanium Teabags next so I will ask the boys not to dwell on tonight's defeat anymore and instead, look forward to getting back into winning ways."

Fishnette FC came back with a bang after Davids made an emotional return to the club earlier this week. The players obviously got their spirit back by winning their game tonight. Hilding Brandstrom's 88th minute goal sealed them the win and that sees them sit comfortably in 7th place, just a couple of point behind 4th place Marc United and Gazzetas de Sparta.
Their manager Davids was absent from the club for a good 2 weeks because of personal matters but now that he had his problems all sorted out, the enigmatic manager finally made his return and it was at a very crucial time. The league has just passed mid season and these are the games that really matter now.

Futorn Forest FC continues their amazing hunt for the title after they recorded their 12th win of the season by beating Kibosh County tonight with 2 goals to nil. Bashar Sofi's opener totally demoralized the Kibosh contingent and ever since the opening goal, Furtorn was comfortable through out the game. Sveden scored later on to seal all 3 points for the Arabians.
However, their win came with a price as they lost 2 players to injury tonight. Yoshida and Bennett had to come off after they were involved in a scuffle with Kibosh players. Manager Calvin looked pretty displeased with how the Kibosh players played tonight but he was pleased with the outcome of the game nonetheless. Their win puts them on the main seat to catch up to runaway leaders St. Lunatics as they are now just 8 points away after the defending champions failed to win the Pinks in another fixture tonight.

Adidas F50i
The latest interview on Tristan's look on Adidas's new F50i.
Here is what the 25 year old said, "I've always loved a new pair of boots. Of course I couldn't afford to keep changing when I first started out but now I have the luxury to do so. Speaking of luxury, the F50i is a luxury every footballer should have. I am a big fan of Adidas products and of course Lionel Messi. I can't dribble as well as he can but we are both team players."
The 25 year old currently wears a F50i TUNiT, exactly like the one Lionel Messi wears.

Featured Story : Arabian Nights
Furtorn Forest FC has been nothing but perfect this season, if it wasn't for the few unlucky losses, they would have been a much bigger threat to the Americans, St. Lunatics. This doesn't stop manager Calvin from doing his job well. Last night, the young four eyed manager led his team to yet another victory. This time, in the form of Galaxy FC. The spaniards were ripped apart by the Arabs. Murad Sarkis was not in the line up nor the bench so that meant Ghassim Zuhayr was to step up to the challenge. He accepted it and was later on elected as the Man of the Match.
He scored and also provided a goal to a team mate. Other goals from Alberca and Abusibah was enough to take all 3 points from their opponents. Ghassim has been a popular figure with the crowd and his recent surge of form as led to major European such as AC Milan and Manchester United to take notice of the little Arabian.

Featured Story : Termite's Stoned
Nedston had a slow start to this season's campaign but when he finally came, it came at the right time. Last night, he single handedly crushed a Termite-Nator side by scoring 3 goals, totally outshining compatriot, Nelson Thorpe. A fan was very pleased with Nedston's progress when asked, "He is a bright prospect. I can't wait to see him play next week. Thorpe is awesome but I think Nedston is just getting better by the week."
The win sees the Scots finally climbing up the table. Now at 10th place, they are just 4 points away from big rivals, Vadern Oranje FC. Vadern are currently on a free fall after their back to back defeats to St. Lunatics. The Teabags will need to take this opportunity and make their next few games count if they are going to hope to over take their Finnish rivals.

Featured Story : Lunatics Run Riot
The back to back game between Vadern and St. Lunatics is one of the biggest games of the season and in the return fixture, St. Lunatics hosted the Fins. A total of 6 goals were scored but once again it was the Americans that grabbed all 3 points. The Fins were powerless after they had their 3rd goal ruled out. The Americans quickly took advantage of a weaken and demoralized Vadern side. Goals from Tristan, Jansen and Lilley was enough to cancel out Grierson and Morricones goals.
The win means the Americans are still safely away from 2nd place Furtorn Forest FC and 3rd place Maibuliwa. Vadern's back to back defeat will do them no good in their title aspirations so they will need to concoct something fast before they find themselves as a mid table club by the end of the season.

The Galaxy is Over
Today, Galaxy manager Blekz7 has been sacked after the young man was found guilty over charges of a possible managerial fraud which might involve Marc United manager, Kai Xian. This decision was a hard one to take because of the lack of evidence but the league admin is not going to take any chances allowing someone they do not trust to handle the club.
As for the Marc United manager, his fate is yet to be decided and he will be monitored very closely for the next few weeks. Galaxy FC in the mean time will be taken care by their caretaker manager. An effort has been put out to search for a new manager for the Spaniards.
The League Admin will has all the rights to not give any explanations for their actions so do not ask why they have taken such a drastic action.

Vadern To Splash Cash
It is recently confirmed that the Vadern board has allowed manager Jjin to splash the clubs cash on one player. Jjin has also expressed his interest on French winger, Franck Ribery as early as today. Manchester United has pulled out from the race to sign the French after their new 26 year old policy so that means they will only face minnows such as Real Madrid for the France Internationa's signature. Many see this attempt to be a crazy one but manager Jjin has always been a genius in the transfer market. We wish him all the best in proving everyone wrong.
